A-1 Tech Solutions LLC. DBA Guest Ban owns and operate this Website.  This document governs your relationship with guestban.com (“Website”). The following terms, conditions, and notices govern access to and use of this Website and the products and services accessible through this Website (collectively, the “Services”) (the “Terms of Service”). By utilizing the Services, you agree to the Terms of Service, as modified from time to time by us. If, for any reason, this website is unavailable at any moment or for any duration, we are not liable. On occasion, we may restrict access to certain portions or the entirety of this website.

Access of Services

To access some of our services, you’ll need to register with Guest Ban. Here are some guidelines for Guest Ban accounts:

You signify that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence, by agreeing to these Terms of Use. You may not use/access our items for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your area by using the Service or online shop (including but not limited to copyright laws). Any breach or violation of the Terms will result in your access to our products or services being immediately terminated.

Any action on your account is totally your responsibility. Payment

The Service is available by subscription. All software updates are included. The subscription start date begins on date of first payment.

We offer a free 14 day trial with no purchase necessary. To use automation features an ID scanner must be purchased.

To upgrade or downgrade Please login to your Guest Ban account. Under your profile, you will be able to upgrade or downgrade your account at any time. Any plan level upgrade or downgrade will result in the new rate being applied during the following billing period. No proration will be applied to downgrades made between billing periods.

Downgrading your Service may result in the loss of some of your account’s features or capacity. We disclaim all responsibility for such loss.

All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, and duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you are solely responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, and duties.

We offer 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases.

We do not process Refunds for subscription services.

If you fail to pay any sums owed to us, we may suspend your services until payment is received.

Cancellation and Termination

You are solely responsible for deleting your account in a timely manner. Cancellation of your account by email or phone is not considered cancellation. You may terminate your account at any moment via your Account.

If you cancel the Service before the end of the currently paid-up period, you will have access to the services until the end of your current subscription period. The service will then be terminated at the end of that period.

Disclaimer of Liability

The material displayed on this Website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy.
