Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and materials.

Defective Products

If your item is defective, we will cover the return shipping cost. Once the item is received and inspected, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Non-Defective Products

For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Opened items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items being exchanged must be unused and returned in their original packaging unless the exchange is due to a defect.

Before sending any item back, please contact us at support@guestban.com to request return approval and shipping instructions. Returns sent without approval may be delayed.
