Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders shipped within the United States and Canada.

We may ship orders using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the product, order quantity, and delivery location.

Orders are processed during normal business days, Monday through Saturday. Our order cut-off time is 2:00 AM Pacific Standard Time. Orders placed after the cut-off time may be processed on the next business day.

Our standard handling time is typically 1–2 business days. Transit time is typically 3–8 business days, depending on the delivery location and carrier. Estimated total delivery time is generally 4–10 business days.

Once your order ships, an email will be sent with the tracking information when available.

 

Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • If an incorrect delivery address has been entered, please contact us as soon as possible at support@guestban.com so we can try to update the order before it ships.
  • Order changes or cancellations must be requested before the order has shipped.
  • Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify the shipment.
  • If the order has already shipped, you may need to follow our return process after delivery.
  • Weekend or holiday orders may be processed the next business day.

For defective product returns, we will cover the return shipping cost. For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us.
