Capture supported visas and ICAO standard travel documents used during international guest registration.
Capture supported identification cards and available one dimensional or two dimensional barcode information.
Simple Automatic Scanning
Automatic document detection helps employees begin a scan quickly without pressing a scanner button.
- Open the passport to the photo and data page, or place the identification card flat on the document window.

- Guest Ban reads available document details, machine readable zone information, or supported barcode data.
- For an identification card, turn the card over and scan again when both front and back images are required.
- Review the captured details and any enabled Guest Ban alerts.
- Transfer the available guest information into the supported hotel system.
High Resolution Visible Imaging
The QS2000 captures full color or grayscale document images using visible illumination. Its 400 DPI camera and 24 bit color output support clear image capture, optical character recognition, barcode reading, and document record retention.
Captures detailed visible images for guest data extraction and authorized visual review.
Reads available machine readable zone information from supported passports, visas, and travel documents.
Detects when a document is placed on the glass and begins the configured scanning workflow.
