For defective product returns, we will cover the return shipping cost. For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and materials.
If your item is defective, we will cover the return shipping cost. Once the item is received and inspected, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
Opened items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
