On Saturday 07/08/2023 at 9:45 pm. I was denied used of this hotels lobby restroom. After a person – whom I know also was not a booked staying guest at this property. This person had a bicycle and had the bike inside the lobby with him, and he just was granted use of the rest room, though I was denied. I am a disabled senior in a wheel chair, The front desk hostess was aided by a cook staff member – they both ganged up on me & proceeding to bully, belittle me and debaseingly shame me with endless peppered comments to wall against me – where as I have been granted this priviledge of use in the past. I do not drink and I am not a substance abuser. And I have even made lobby purchases in the past – buying beverages – as a feeling of standard protocal to honor the kindness granted to me. ( normal sort of patron/business ediquette ) For what ever reason this kindness was removed from me this evening, Do I have any ADA rights? Etc? Thanks cordially
