Staying in a family suite, they are outdated and poorly kept. Rooms are huge and accommodating but there’s one problem–roaches! They are Infested with roaches. I saw one the moment I walked in then two more in the kitchen and bathroom. The carpets are dark brown which conceals their problem. The cleaning regimen is poor, food particles everywhere. Bathrooms smell. I’m mortified. Called the front desk, she said it’s normal. Nothing she can do but ask maintenance to put oil out. No idea what that means. Super sad because we are a military family and this is what your govt thinks we deserve. So disappointing. I’m looking for another hotel stat. This is just too much. Don’t stay here it’s not worth it. Pay the little extra for accountability and peace if mind. This place is run down and so gross.
